Saturday Evenings 6:00 pm Contemporary Worship
Sunday Mornings 9:00 am Traditional Worship 10:15-10:45 Coffee Time (in our commons for all ages) 10:45 am Contemporary Worship Nursery Care (birth to 2 yrs), Children's Church (ages 3-5) & Kids' City (grades K-6) are provided during both services.
Life's Most Significant Questions Our current Sunday teaching series is entitled Life's Most Significant Questions. Join us each Sunday morning as Pastor Steve leads us through a survey of the most important questions asked in the Bible. Each sermon in this series can be heard by going to our Sermons Online page.
Village Church Welcomes You
Since moving from South Holland in February 2008, more than 500 people are now part of our church family each weekend. Village Church offers inspiring opportunities to celebrate God in both traditional and contemporary styles of worship.
Village Church offers a full range of opportunities for children and adults to build vital relationships and grow in your walk with God. For adults, we offer a variety of men's, women's and couple's groups so that you can build genuine friendships that will encourage you as a follower of Jesus. We provide a several grade-school children's activities, from our Kid's City program on Sunday mornings to our Awana activities each Tuesday night. At Village, parents can know that their infants and toddlers are lovingly watched in a safe environment so that you can enjoy your worship experience each Sunday. Jr/Sr High students will find our youth program exciting and challenging as they make friends and learn how to walk with God in a personal way. Each Sunday, Pastor Steve Miller leads our church family through messages that are both instructional and practical as we study the Bible together. We welcome you to hear a sample of our current weekend sermons by going to our Sermons Online section of our website.
For more than 125 years Village Church has enjoyed a rich heritage of faith; and as a member of the Evangelical Free Church of America, we're also part of a great association of faith. Having moved from South Holland to Dyer, we now enjoy sharing that faith with a new community at this beautiful location that God has given us. Village Church is committed to being a source of great spiritual encouragement to all who attend as we fulfill our mission of helping people find their way back to God and bringing them to maturity in Christ.
